Suitable for blind embossing of
cardboards ranging between 200 g/qm and 500 g/qm in weight, where single large
metal embossing dies are required
or multiple purposes are to be
achieved simultaneously
PRÄGOPASTE
- It is a ready-made paste which is spread on a cardboard opposite to the metal embossing die positioned in the machine and covered with a paper of 80 g/m in weight. After several closings of the machine, the paste is brought into the positive form corresponding to the metal embossing die.
- The hardening process takes about 30 minutes, thus allowing a careful preparation of the various counter dies before the hardening process of the paste starts.
- Remains unchanged after a large number of embossings and is highly wear-resistant.
